Adult Zoom Classes


Selected ballet exercises are used to tone, strengthen and stretch the body and mind in this class. Excellent for postural awareness and core stability, the students learn about the dancers’ ratio of strength to flexibility that allows the body to move with ease and grace. A highly uplifting workout that leaves you feeling tall, light and strong. Suitable for those who have previously studied ballet.


A fun, uplifting dance genre accessible to any age. Fitness levels are bound to benefit and we'll have fun along the way!

Breath & Align

A gentle set of exercises to calm and focus the boy and mind. Recommended for everyone from 11+ years.

For dancers and non dancers.

Stretch & Condition

This class has tailored exercises designed for dancers.
