Adult Classes

Selected ballet exercises are used to tone, strengthen and stretch the body and mind in this class. Excellent for postural awareness and core stability, the students learn about the dancers’ ratio of strength to flexibility that allows the body to move with ease and grace. A highly uplifting workout that leaves you feeling tall, light and strong. Suitable for those who have previously studied ballet.

Stretch & Condition

This class has tailored exercises designed for dancers. Focus is on the muscles and movement needed for ballet. Suitable for teens & adults.

Adult Classes are payable half termly 

1 class £7     2/3 classes £6 per class, per week
