Adult Classes
Ballet
Selected ballet exercises are used to tone, strengthen and stretch the body and mind in this class. Excellent for postural awareness and core stability, the students learn about the dancers’ ratio of strength to flexibility that allows the body to move with ease and grace. A highly uplifting workout that leaves you feeling tall, light and strong. Suitable for those who have previously studied ballet.
Inclusive Dance Group
This class is for adults with mixed level mobility. Different dance genres will be taught and adapted to mobility level. No previous experience is needed - just an appreciation of music and dance.
Dance for Parkinson's - Winchester & Tadley
A specialised movement class for people with Parkinson's to discover the joy and benefits of dance. No previous experience needed. Please email before you try a class. Tadley classes starting after Easter.
